Maar waarom? @Online, ,

“To whoever finds this note,

My name is Rosa Aringa. I left my home on February 10, 2021.

I decided enough is enough. After reading the news and all those books, watching countless documentaries… I understand that the industry around personal data is destructive. I don’t want to support that industry any longer and I want to stop using their services. Starting with the most notorious ones – Google and Facebook.

Whatever I tried to reduce my time on my phone, I seemed to slip back into my old habits again and again. It feels like I’ve been living in an escape room. […]

I am trying to find something new this time. A new attempt of escaping. I beg you not to find me. Find the exit door instead.

 Yours,
Rosa”
